Maintain a steady and balanced Mind, read all you want but remember experiences
When the phase of the Sixth Sun began, it was time for the ancient teachings of Mexico to be shared with the world. Sergio Magaña’s dreaming teacher predicted that, after the eclipse on July 11, 2010, Sergio would be one of the spokespeople to carry the teachings of this rich spiritual tradition, which has been closed to outsiders until now. The original holders of this secret knowledge, the Chichimeca, were considered to be masters, with a deep understanding of the dream state and a working knowledge of how our perceptions form our reality, as well as the capacity to influence matter. In this extraordinary work, Sergio shares the wisdom and practices that inspired Carlos Castaneda to write about nahual and tonal reality, and explains the deep power of dreaming, altered states of perception, and expanded consciousness that will enable you to: • become lucid in your dreams • heal and rejuvenate your body and send healing to others while in the dreaming state • communicate with your ancestors • develop different types of perception to see energy and altered reality • use the mysterious obsidian mirror for cleansing and healing yourself and others • see your teyolia, or path of the soul, to learn who you were in past lives and release parts of yourself that are trapped in old experiences.

Tao of Jeet Kune Do is a book expressing Bruce Lee's martial arts philosophy and viewpoints. It was during his convalescence that he decided to compile a treatise on the system or approach to martial arts that he was developing; he called it Jeet Kune Do. The bulk of these writings would become the "core set of writings". Many of these writings were done during a single session which provided natural continuity. Lee had also kept various notes throughout the development of his combat philosophy and these would become the disparate notes used in the book. Many of these notes were "sudden inspirations" which were incomplete and lacked any kind of a construct. The combination of the "core set of writings" and the "disparate notes" would be known as the text Tao of Jeet Kune Do.

The core of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra is an eight-limbed path that forms the structural framework for yoga practice. Upon practicing all eight limbs of the path it becomes self-evident that no one element is elevated over another in a hierarchical order. Each is part of a holistic focus which eventually brings completeness to the individual as they find their connectivity to the divine. Because we are all uniquely individual a person can emphasise one branch and then move on to another as they round out their innerstanding.
